Stuart French
STUART FRENCH
Knowledge System Consultant, KnowQuestion

With a background in the Oil, Water and Healthcare industries, Stuart is a Knowledge Systems consultant with KnowQuestion and Facilitator of the Knowledge Management Roundtable. Seeing many in the business world either shun the philosophy and research behind KM or embrace it to the exclusion of the results it needs to bring to an organisation’s bottom line, Stuart seeks to help people find a balance of both.  Bringing a holistic but pragmatic view of collaboration, learning and systems thinking, he believes any business can discover how to make better use of their existing resources, reduce waste & re-work, and open up new opportunities and markets. With a focus on co-developing knowledge capability alongside transactional systems, Stuart combines years of experience with a Masters of KM to maximise a client's business value. His research on Wikis and knowledge cultures led to a fascination with Complexity theory which he now enjoys teaching to various business groups so their organizations can be more agile and resilient.
