The iKMS aims to assist its members and the KM community to achieve excellence in KM. To date, we have been committed to bring about 3 KM excellence initiatives:

1. The KM Excellence Awards - where we celebrate with organisations that have achieve success in their KM implementations.
2. The KM Competencies Framework - a guide that can be used to help organisations in their KM resource planning and for KM practitioners' personal development.
3. The KM Singapore Conference - where KM practitioners come together to share, learn and network with each other.
