iKMS Leadership Dialogue on 27 Nov 2010

Come Jan 2011, iKMS will be 10 years’ old. As a small and non-profit society, it has been a long journey of development and growth. We have also strive to keep iKMS relevant for our members and the KM Community in Singapore. And thanks to the encouragement by Dr N Varaprasad during his GOH speech at the KM Singapore 2010, iKMS has indeed made good progress. As members of iKMS, both corporate and individual, what do you think iKMS should focus on for the next 5 years, and beyond?

For the current Exco, the past 2 years have been meaningful but filled with hectic endeavours. Their 2-year term is ending on 28 Feb 2011. The time has come for leadership renewal. For iKMS to continue her good work, we need leaders and volunteers to come forward to join the Exco and various Action Teams.

Therefore, this is a crucial period to prepare you and iKMS for the next Exco and the next lap. For this purpose, an “iKMS Leadership Dialogue” is scheduled for 20 Nov 2010 (Sat) from 9am to 12pm, at the Civil Service Club (CSC). Tea-break and lunch are provided.

The objectives of the “leadership dialogue” are:

To review the progress of iKMS, and identify the key focus for the future (including key initiatives and improvements for the next 2 to 5 years)

To interact with current leaders and key appointment holders on their roles and challenges faced (and to identify potential volunteers)

This is an open invitation to all. Come and participate in the dialogue, and make your contribution.

Register here

Feel free to contact Kok Chuan, the iKMS President, or any Exco Members for your thoughts and clarification.
